I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York, by two hardworking Jamaican parents who always wanted the best for me and my siblings. From a young age, I knew I had an entrepreneurial spirit. I wanted the freedom to create my own path.

My journey wasn't a straight line.

I started college and pursued nursing because I wanted to help people. But along the way, I realized that the traditional path wasn't for me. While I was in school, I was constantly doing hair for friends and classmates. What began as something I loved quickly became something I couldn't ignore.

So I took a leap of faith.

For over 15 years, I've helped women look and feel their best, but my approach has always been about more than just hair. My clients know me for caring about the health of their natural hair and creating a space where they feel confident, comfortable, and cared for.

A lot of people believe beauty is superficial but I believe that confidence can change the way a woman shows up in the world. When you feel good about yourself, you move differently, dream bigger, and step into opportunities with confidence.

That belief is what inspired ManeFocus Hair. I wanted to provide quality raw hair extensions that help women achieve beautiful results that I was proud to endorse without having to replace the hair after every install.

At the end of the day, my mission is simple: help women feel their best, protect their natural hair, and remind them that their confidence matters.
